Cyble stated it was able to verify that some of the accounts are legitimate based on its clients' info.
The bought accounts include details like email address, password, meeting web address, and host key, which will be a six-digit pin assigned to an individual hosting a Zoom assembly.
The server key allows an individual to control a zoom assembly, including starting an energetic flow and ending it for all participants.
Some of the accounts were offered for free.
The firm explained the Zoom accounts were likely obtained by utilizing user details leaked from other data breaches, also known as"credential stuffing strikes."
Successful logins were then compiled into a list and provided to other hackers around the dark web.
This underscores the significance of employing an exceptional password for every online website. Otherwise, hackers may use data gleaned from a broken website to break into other accounts.
