Getting files or photos from your computer to your phone can turn into a USB cable and also email dance; however Microsoft and Samsung have a better method. The latest Windows 10 Insider build Permits You to drag and drop files over WiFi to and from any supported Samsung tablets such as the Galaxy S10 or S20, as spotted by SamMobile.

Microsoft has already begun, which makes it easier to operate involving Android/Samsung devices and PCs. Last month, it introduced copy-pasting out of Windows 10 to Samsung phones and allow you to get notifications and even response calls from any mobile cellphone. Third-party apps have supported similar features for many years (and let's not forget Microsoft's ActiveSync for Windows Mobile), but this will make it much easier for mainstream users.

All you need is Microsoft's"Your Phone" app and Samsung's"Connect to Windows." You can long-press the documents or pictures that you need to move out of your phone, then select all of the ones that you want to transfer to your PC. To transfer files from PC to phone, simply drag and drop them into the"Your Phone" window.

There are a couple of caveats. The file size is limited to 512MB, so it won't work to get larger HD pictures from the computer to your phone, for instance. Transfers are also limited to 100 files, so sending a huge batch of photographs from the mobile to PC also won't be entirely seamless. Finally, your telephone and PC will need to be on precisely the same WiFi network as well as the service requires Samsung's Link into Windows 1.5, which isn't necessarily supported on all Galaxy devices.

Still, I could think of dozens of ways this attribute will make my life less of a hassle, believing I have a Galaxy S10 and Windows PC. As mentioned, the attribute is just out on the hottest Windows 10 Insider build for today, but it should roll out for everyone within the upcoming general release.
